At Ranger’s BBQ in Nashua, NH, his meats are built on patience — he knows that smoking meats low and slow is the only way to achieve great BBQ, and after one bite, you’ll agree.
It’s all about the dry rub at Ranger’s, so no matter what meat you go for, things are gonna work out just fine. They’re known for their ribs and pulled pork, but by no means should that detract you from any of the BBQ chicken, brisket, or smoked hot dogs. You’ll definitely need to load up on some sides too, like their homemade mac & cheese, smoked baked beans, and cornbread.
