Company Information

Patty Barish got her start working for her father at Gino’s Restaurant in Needham, MA, a staple of the community for 37 years. Growing up with this love of Italian cuisine, Barish wanted to bring the food she grew up with to the Dover, NH area. That wish resulted in Patty B’s, her very own food trailer and catering company that dishes up an impressive array of Italian classics. 

The menu at Patty B’s pretty much runs the gamut of Italian dishes. Start off with some appetizers ranging from well-known choices, like bruschetta, to lesser known options. For example, try some arancini, baked and breaded risotto stuffed with tasty cheese. You’ll find a whole host of Italian subs stuffed with ingredients like veal and meatballs. And for entrees? You’ll find tons of pastas, meat dishes, and more loaded with spices like oregano, smothered in creamy, meaty sauces, and dished up fresh and flavorful. What’s not to love?
