It’s nice to see that chef-driven trucks aren’t lost in North Dakota, and Up North Catering is no exception. The Bismarck-based truck has garnered a ton of local support thanks to their consistently rotating menu of sandwiches, burgers, salads, and more.
Though you can’t be sure what you’ll find when the truck rolls up, there’s no question it’s gonna be tasty. Up North’s menu has ranged from hits like pulled pork sandwiches with espresso BBQ sauce, to biscuits and gravy, to grass-fed burgers, so bring your appetite; you’ll be in good shape. The best part?
